Mary Ann's Spicy Herb Dip

1 C of mayonnaise
2 C of sour cream
4 sprigs of fresh cilantro, finely chopped or 2 tsp. dried cilantro
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, finely chopped or 1 tsp. dried parsley
at least a fist full of fresh garlic, cloves, chopped fine or 2 T dried garlic
1 T lime juice
1 tsp. cracked pepper
salt to taste
1/2 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 med sweet onion, finely chopped
2 jalapeño or chipotle peppers, chopped

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
