Note from Cheri:
With parties happening at the drop of a hat and
friends and relatives dropping by, it's a good idea
to stock up on dip recipes. Why? Because many dips can
be quickly thrown together with ingredients already
in your pantry or fridge. Paired with some crackers,
bread or raw veggies, you can keep a hungry crowd happy
for an entire evening.
This dip is especially good on dark rye or pumpernickel
bread or toasts.
Money Saving Note: While smoked salmon can be
quite expensive, this recipe also works well with a
cured salmon. You can easily make your own by following
this link for Rozanne
Gold's Swedish Cured Salmon recipe.
