Slow cookers can be so handy at parties because turned
on low, they keep the food hot. This dip is rich and wonderful.
Serve it with crusty bread. For a low carb treat, serve
with lightly steamed or raw veggies.
Fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp, drain on paper towels.
Put remaining in the crock pot and cook on low, stirring occasionally
until cheese melts, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings, add
bacon, and keep on low to serve.
