FabulousFoods.com Recommends: Very Salad Dressing (Very), by Teresa H. Burns, (2004, Celestial Arts)
Very Salad Dressing (Very)

Author Notes: I came up with this recipe to use in my Grilled Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese, but it also works great as a meat marinade.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup dry red wine
Instructions: Makes 2 1/4 Cups

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade meat for several hours or overnight and grill. Use also to marinate vegetables or to brush on them while grilling, as in my Grilled Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese.
