Author Notes: Retro Happy Hour is the perfect guide for hip, trendy cats who want to entertain in a retro way with a minimum of muss and fuss (just like a perfect 50's style June Cleaver type housewife would).
Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of coarsely ground black pepper
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
yolks of 2 uncooked eggs, beaten
Instructions: 1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and put yolks in a small bowl.

2.
Mash yolks and mix well with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Pack mixture back into cooked egg whites.

3.
Put halves together and hold in place with a toothpick. Mix flour and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.

4.
Dip egg in beaten egg yolks, then in flour mixture. Fry in some hot oil until golden brown.

5.
Drain well on paper towels and remove toothpicks. Serve with a variety of sauces.
