Author Notes: Make this smoothie in summer when the melons are sweetest.  Freezing the fruit in this smoothie first will yield thicker, more flavorful results.
Ingredients: 1 banana (peel before freezing)
1 1/2 cups cantalope, diced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
