Author Notes: These spiced apple cider shakes make a great quick and easy autumn dessert that kids and adults alike will love.
Ingredients: 2 cups apple cider
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg

4 cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Instructions: Use a blender or food processor to blend all ingredients, except nutmeg, until smooth. Pour into tall serving glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Garnish with a whole cinnamon stick, if desired.
