| Ingredients: |
1 can (27 ounces) sauerkraut 3/4 cup sugar (or to taste) 1 large onion, diced 1 small green pepper, diced |
| Instructions: | Drain sauerkraut juice into sauce pan and add sugar. Bring liquid to a boil until sugar is melted. In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, onion, and green pepper. Pour the sugar/juice over the mixture. May be served right away or refrigerated for a later time. |
