Author Notes: With all the vibrant natural red color of this drink, you just know it has to be good for you! Serve this delicious smoothie for breakfast, lunch or for a light dessert after dinner. Freezing the fruit first will make thicker, more flavorful smoothies.
Ingredients: 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1-1/2 cups strawberries, hulled, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
