| Author Notes: | This smoothie is low in calories, full of healthy fiber and fat free. It's also delicious. The secret is to use well chilled juice and frozen fruit, so you end up with a thick, slushy shake. |
| Ingredients: |
1 sliced ripe banana, frozen
1 1/2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries 1 cup unsweetened apple juice |
| Instructions: | Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
