| Ingredients: |
12 ounces unthawed blueberries or 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries 8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| Instructions: | Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. |
