Note
from Cheri:
The traditional holiday meal has so much to offer, it's easy for
vegetarians to get plenty to eat. But despite the excellence of
the stuffing and the vegetables, not to mention the desserts, it's
nice to offer an extra special entrée. We think we've come up with
some wonderful options here.
Gravy is often another problem area for vegetarians who are dining
with carnivores, but no more. Our vegetarian gravy is terrific over
stuffing or mashed potatoes or anything else your heart desires.
It's completely meat free and delicious!
