These cute little creatures were created by using 1 Tootsie Pop®, 4 black pipe cleaners and two little eyes from the craft store or you can use bubble paint to make the eyes.

Simply take your pipe cleaner and wrap it around the stem of the Tootsie Pop® by laying it on the top of the stem and wrapping one side under to the right and the other side under to the left. Repeat until all 4 cleaners are used. You now have legs... add the eyes and decorate the house or give as favors for your Halloween party.
