  • I buy ground beef in bulk and prepare for several meals in advance. I cook 5 or 6 lbs at a time and drain. I add taco seasoning, sloppy joe sauce, and leave some plain and freeze in vacuum sealer bags. I also add seasoning to the ground beef before I shape into patties and freeze. Saves lots of time and mess camping and on nights when time is short.
