  • When making your own favorite meatloaf recipe using eggs, breadcrubs and whatever spices you prefer - shape the meat mixture into a big square about an inch thick. Cover it with ham, cooked bacon, onions, green pepper (and any other ingred you like) cover it all with grated chesse and ROLL it up - like a jelly roll. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven 350 for an hour. Let rest and slice it. Something very different and eye pleasing.
