  • Make a delicious dip out of leftover chilli by spreading a package of softened cream cheese in the bottom of a deep pie plate. Top with 2 cups of leftover chilli and 1 cup of salsa. Sprinkle two cups of shredded chedder cheese on top and bake in a 350 degree over for 30 minutes. Serve with crisp tortilla chips for dipping.

  • Macaroni and Potato Cakes - Take leftover Mashed Potatos and left over baked or boxed macaroni and cheese, mix together to make patties, and bread with egg and bread crumbs like a chicken cutlet. Fry in pan until golden brown. This makes a very tasty side dish, sort of like a fritter.
