Keep in mind, this is not a sugar or carb free food. A one tablespoon serving of Low Sugar Strawberry preserves contains 25 calories and 6 grams of total carbs. That said, it's better than the full sugar equivalent. Creative cooks trying to limit sugar intake will use these preserves for much more than the traditional spread.
