Review:

I love the large 14 cup capacity of this food processor. True, you don't always need something this big, but it sure is nice to have the option when you need it.

The machine is versatile, as a food processor should be, it purees, chops, grates, shreds, kneads dough and more in record time. Pair this appliance with Norene Giletz's Food Processor Bible cookbook and fabulous meals with soon be flying out of your kitchen.

I especially love the suction cup base feature, which holds the machine firm, even during heavy duty tasks. The pulse button is also handy, especially when you want to leave some texture in your foods. Another plus is that when taking the lid off, you can turn it upside down and set it on the counter -- it was designed to be stable in this position which means less counter top messes for you.

The one feature this processor lacks that I wish it had was a variable speed control. It's not a crucial feature, but nice to have. Still the pulse button let's you control the amount of chopping.

Spend about 10 minutes to learn how all the parts and accessories work and you'll be able to quickly assemble and take apart your food processor. All the parts are dishwasher safe, making clean up a breeze.
