| Ingredients: |
6 eggs 1 block cream cheese 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 stick butter 1 bunch green onions, chopped salt and pepper to taste 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled 2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a blender, thoroughly mix the eggs, cream cheese, cream, butter, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the onions and pulse until onions are distributed. Pour into a quiche baking dish that has been prepared with spray oil. Sprinkle the bacon evenly on the top and then add the grated cheddar over the bacon. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center springs back to the touch and a knife blade comes out clean. Serve hot Total carbs: 22 |
