If you want to make desserts that will truly steal the show at any wedding, party, special event, or other gathering, than this is the book for you. Inside are nearly 50 stunning cake, mini cake, cupcake and cookie designs by Elisa Strauss of New York City's famous and ultra trendy bakery Confetti Cakes. Much more than just designs, Strauss shares her decorating and baking secrets. So thorough are the tips and instructions in this book, it seems as though she holds nothing back. Serious cake decorators will relish taking their cake designs to the next level (or two). While many designs are complex, the instructions are so good, that with care, even beginners should be bale to get decent results.
