While we're on the subject, I'd like to put in a case for cloth napkins. Many people think they are a lot of trouble. Not so. I have tons of casual cloth napkins that we use every day. Used napkins simply get tossed in the laundry along with the rest of our clothes. Easy, inexpensive and better for the environment.
