Author Notes: This recipe is from Kim Haasarud’s fabulous book 101 Champagne Cocktails. . No matter what the occasion, there’s a fizzy refreshing champagne cocktail to match in this book.
Ingredients: champagne
1 ounce blue curaçao
lemon twist for garnish
Instructions: Fill a champagne flute about 3/4 full. Add the blue curaçao. Garnish with a lemon twist.
