Author Notes: The folks at Rain Vodka gave us this Martini recipe.  While we personally do like the flavor of Rain Vodka which is made exclusively from organically grown grain, you could also substitute your favorite brand.
Ingredients: 8 parts vodka
3 parts dry vermouth
3 pearl onions per drink
Instructions:

Shake over ice and strain to serve straight up in a martini glass, garnished with three pearl onions.
