The folks at Rain Vodka gave us this Martini recipe, their twist on the Cosmopolitan.
While we personally do like the flavor of Rain Vodka which is made exclusively from organically grown grain, you could also substitute your favorite brand. Chambord, if you're not familiar with it, is a sweet raspberry liqueur. |
| Ingredients: |
2 parts vodka half a lemon and its juice 2 parts Chambord a generous splash of cranberry juice |
| Instructions: |
Shake over ice and strain to serve straight up in a martini glass, garnished with lemon rind. |
