Author Notes: This recipe makes 2 quarts, perfect to serve to a crowd at a Sunday morning brunch, or even a tailgate party. For an elegant touch, serve the drink in salt rimmed glasses, just like you would a margarita, and stir with celery stalks.
Ingredients: 1 can (46 ounces ) tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish (more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (more to taste)
2 cups vodka
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except vodka and chill well (can be made a day or two before your party). When ready to start serving, add vodka and stir well. Serve over ice.
