| Ingredients: |
1 large sirloin steak - charcoal grilled then cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 4 cups of water 2 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon beef bouillon paste or one cube dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water 2 cups sliced zucchini 2 stalks celery roughly chopped dash each of garlic, salt, basil |
| Instructions: |
Makes 4 Servings - approx. 5 carbs per serving) Simmer all ingredients except seasoning together until zucchini and celery are tender. Seaon to taste and serve. |
