This is a quick and easy side dish recipe that even picky eaters love.

Ingredients:

4 small zucchini, cut in half, lengthwise
4 teaspoons butter
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Put zucchini in the broiler pan, face up. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese and paprika. Broil 6-8 inches from the heat until crisp-tender, about 8-10 minutes.
