Author Notes: Berries are wonderful, so full of flavor and fiber, yet really low in calories! Freezing the fruit in this smoothie first will yield thicker, more flavorful results.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen yogurt (vanilla or strawberry)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
