Author Notes: This clever recipe was invented by David Arms, owner of Frances Bar-B-Q restaurant in Hestand, Kentucky. I know Bar-B-Qed eggs may sound strange, but they are really delicious. Try them, you'll be surprised.

I suppose any vinegar based barbecue sauce would do, but it's hard to beat the flavor you'll get if you get a bottle of John Anderson's Bar B Que Sauce (David Arms' friend country music star David Anderson helps him market the sauce they use at the restaurant). It's heavy handed on the vinegar and pepper and really outstanding in this recipe. John Anderson's Bar B Que Sauce is available at the restaurant and at certain grocery chains in the South.

Ingredients: enough hard boiled eggs to fill a jar

enough vinegar based BBQ sauce (such as John Anderson's Bar-B-Q sauce) to cover the eggs in the jar
Instructions: This recipe couldn't be easier. Place hard boiled eggs in the jar, cover with sauce, refrigerate for a week and eat!
