Author Notes: Packed in a pretty jar, this cappuccino mix makes a perfect addition to gift baskets of home made goodies.
Ingredients: 6 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder
3 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer, plain or Irish cream
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Blend well.

To Prepare:
Add 4 tablespoons mix to mug of hot water, stir and enjoy.
