Author Notes: Packed in pretty jars, these home-made coffee creamers are perfect additions to gift baskets of home made goodies. Add some gourmet coffee and some baked treats.
Ingredients: Amaretto Coffee Creamer:
3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar

Bavarian Mint Coffee Creamer:
3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup onfectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Add to taste in hot coffee.
