| Author Notes: | These freezes, made with fruit and sherbet, are equally as popular with kids and adults. To keep the freezes thick and frosty, start with frozen fruit. |
| Ingredients: |
1 1/3 cups milk
1 pint sherbet (orange, pineapple or combination) 1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen 1 cup frozen strawberries |
| Instructions: | Combine milk, 1 cup sherbet and fruit in a blender and process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses and top with a scoop of sherbet. Serve immediately. |
