Author Adina Steiman realized that most people fluctuate between eating healthy and "falling off the wagon." Rather than fight it, she came up with this clever, lighthearted book -- part cookbook, part lifestyle book, and all fun. While the subject matter seems like a novelty gimmick, the recipes have a lot of merit - they are tasty, easy to prepare and sure to satisfy - whether you're cooking from the "Good" or the "Bad" side of the spectrum. And since they cover both the light and healthy and rich and decadent, there's a nice balance to the collection, so you're sure to turn to this book often in a wide variety of occasions. In between the recipes are tips and tidbits about health, fitness, entertaining, gift giving, and lifestyle improvement. Each chapter is divided into two portion - one representing wholesome, healthy, light recipes; the other showcases recipes for when you "feel the need to be bad."
