If you're not familiar with the diet, it's a good one with the core idea being that timing your meals and snacks every day and not letting more than 3 hours go by without eating, the pounds will come off. Even if you don't have The 3 Hour Diet book, there's plenty of information here to get you going on the plan.

Cruise offers nutritionally sound advice, emphasizing lots of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats. Carbs are not off limits, so meals and snacks stay interesting with a wide variety of flavors and textures.
