Marilyn Helton is the editor of Cinnamon Hearts-- The Art of Living A Winning Diabetic Lifestyle, a positive-power newsletter for diabetics and their families. Here at Fabulous Foods, she writes our monthly Diabetic Dining on Fabulous Foods column.

Marilyn, who was diagnosed with Type 2 (adult-onset) diabetes seven years ago, is the book review columnist for Voice of the Diabetic, The Diabetes Action Network of the National Federation of the Blind and a frequent contributor to the ezine, Diabetic Gourmet Magazine, as well as various print publications.
