1 mango, pitted and peeled 1/4 cup coconut cream juice of 1 lime 1 cup ice cubes |
| Instructions: |
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Variations: mango, Coconut, Chile, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 1/2 seeded red chile before blending. mango, Coconut, Mint, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 8 fresh Mint leaves before blending. mango, Coconut, Chile Mint, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, adding 1/2 seeded red chile and 6 fresh Mint leaves before blending. mango, Coconut, Pineapple, and Lime Smoothie -- Prepare the basic recipe, omitting 1/2 the mango and replacing it with 1/2 cup peeled Pineapple chunks. |
