Delicious and easy salad dressing recipes that take your salads from ordinary to extra-ordinary.
I'm not a fan of store bought salad dressings. To me, they're just too high in unhealthy fats, sugar and calories — not to mention the fact they just don't have enough flavor. I prefer to drizzle my veggie salads with dressings that are bursting with a taste that I can still feel good about.
Caesar dressing
Yields 1-1/2 cups
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients (except for last three ingredients) in blender and blend briefly. While blender is still running, slowly pour in the grapeseed oil.
- Slow blender and add cheese and parsley (to aid with the garlic aroma!).

- 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Directions:
- Blend everything (except the sesame seeds) until it becomes creamy in color.
