This is easy to whip up for a breakfast on the go. The avocado's smooth texture and subdued flavor, matched with fruit, make for a delicious way to start the day. Avocados are packed with healthy fats that will keep you feeling full and energized.

Avocado smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 small stick celery
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 6 cubes ice

Directions:
