Who says desserts have to be unhealthy? Not only are these recipes good for you, they are low calorie. It only takes a few minutes to whip up one of these sweet, crust-less fruit desserts.

These recipes are ridiculously easy to make and perfect for those moments when you want something delicious, slightly sweet and healthy.

Apple pie in a mug

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar
  • 1 teaspoon graham crumbs
  • Whipped cream
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together. Microwave for about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave).
  2. Top with a little whipped cream, cinnamon and graham crumbs.

This pear cobbler has a topping of granola, which gives a delicious crunch. You can use your imagination and use different types of sweet cereals to add variation to these fruit desserts. My favorite granola-type topping is Kashi Go Lean cereal.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar
  • Pinch or two of cinnamon
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Directions:

  1. Mix the pear, sugar and cinnamon together. Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  2. Top with a little whipped cream and granola.

For a more decadent fruit dessert, top it with crushed cookies. You can use animal crackers, Oreo cookies, graham crackers, or even homemade oatmeal cookies.

Cherry pie in a mug

Serves 1

  • 3/4 cup fresh cherries
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia or organic sugar
  • 1 crushed Oreo cookie
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Mix the cherries and sweetener together. Microwave in a mug for about 2 minutes.
  2. Top with a little whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookie.
