Double Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches
Ingredients- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Marshmallow fluff
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, butter, water, and chocolate chips. Stir well until smooth. Using a cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and letting them cool completely. Once the cookies are completely cooled, spread the bottom of one cook with marshmallow fluff. Top with a second cookie. Repeat this process until all the cookies have been used.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

- Raspberry jam
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, butter, water, and lemon zest. Stir together until the batter is smooth. Using a cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
