Anyone, whether watching their waistlines or not, would be happy to eat the meals in this book. The recipes use real ingredients, not funky diet substitutions. The authors provide complete time saving instructions on how to best prepare each meal.
There are forty (40) complete menus, plus a delectable chapter of 99% fat-free desserts to round things out. Each recipe is accompanied by a nutritional breakdown.
Reading down a list of recipes, it's hard to believe that none contain over 1 gram of fat per serving. Equally unbelievable is that they are quick to prepare. But as in their other 99% Fat-Free books, Barry and Kevin really deliver on the promise. While this book is a wonderful way to make the most out of every night suppers, some of the meals are elegant enough for company.
