| Author Notes: | With parties happening at the drop of a hat and friends and relatives dropping by, it's a good idea to stock up on dip recipes. Why? Because many dips can be quickly thrown together with ingredients already in your pantry or fridge. Paired with some crackers, bread or raw veggies, you can keep a hungry crowd happy for an entire evening. |

8 ounces goat cheese 4 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons plain yogurt 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme |
| Instructions: |
Makes About 1 1/2 Cups Process goat cheese, oil and yogurt in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl. Mix in all herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least an hour before serving. |
